Kitchen
Wipe all worktops, splashbacks and surfaces
Clean hob — rings, burners, drip trays and surrounding area
Wipe exterior of oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher
Clean inside microwave — walls, turntable and door seal
Wipe all cabinet doors, drawer fronts and handles
Polish sink — descale taps, clean basin and overflow
Empty bin and reline with fresh bag
Sweep or vacuum floor
Mop floor — work backwards from the far corner to the door
Wipe light switches and power sockets
Bathroom & En-suite
Scrub toilet inside and out — under rim, seat, lid, base and exterior
Descale and polish taps, basin and overflow
Scrub sink — inside bowl and underneath
Descale and clean shower or bath — tiles, screen, tray and plughole
Polish all mirrors
Wipe towel rails and radiator — front and between fins
Sweep or vacuum floor
Mop floor
Empty bin and reline
Restock toilet roll if provided by client
Bedroom
Change bed linen if supplied by client — fresh set
Vacuum mattress top surface
Dust all surfaces — bedside tables, dresser, shelves and picture frames
Polish mirrors and any glass surfaces
Vacuum floor — all corners, edges and under bed
Empty bin and reline
Wipe light switches and door handle
Living Room & Dining Room
Dust all surfaces — TV unit, coffee table, shelves and picture frames
Wipe TV screen with a dry microfibre cloth only — no spray
Vacuum sofa cushions, under cushions and sides of sofa
Vacuum all rugs and carpet areas
Sweep or vacuum hard floor
Mop hard floor if applicable
Polish glass surfaces and mirrors
Wipe all light switches and door handles
Hallway & Stairs
Vacuum stairs — each step, riser and edge
Wipe banisters and handrail along full length
Dust skirting boards and any dado rail
Vacuum or mop hallway floor
Wipe front door interior — letterbox, handle and frame
Dust any shelving or coat hooks
Wipe all light switches and sockets
