Kitchen
Empty dishwasher (if applicable) and put away clean dishes
Wash any remaining dishes and leave sink empty
Wipe and sanitise all worktops, splashbacks and surfaces
Clean hob, rings, burners and surrounding area
Clean inside and outside of microwave
Wipe exterior of oven, fridge, dishwasher and cupboards
Clean sink, taps and drain
Empty bins, sanitise if needed and fit fresh liners
Check fridge for leftover food and dispose of expired items
Wipe dining table and chairs
Sweep and vacuum floor
Mop floor
Wipe light switches and sockets
Restock kitchen essentials if provided (tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags and kitchen roll)
Bathroom & En-suite
Clean and disinfect toilet (inside, outside, seat, lid and base)
Clean basin, taps and overflow
Clean shower or bath including glass screen and tiles
Polish mirrors
Wipe shelves, vanity units and storage
Wipe towel rails and radiator
Empty bins and replace liners
Replace used towels with fresh towels
Restock toilet roll and toiletries (if provided)
Sweep or vacuum floor
Mop floor
Wipe light switches and door handles
Bedroom(s)
Strip used bed linen
Inspect mattress and mattress protector for stains or damage
Make bed with fresh linen to hotel standard
Replace pillowcases and duvet cover
Dust all furniture, shelves, bedside tables and décor
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Vacuum mattress surface if required
Vacuum under bed, corners and edges
Empty bins and replace liners
Check wardrobe, drawers and under bed for guest belongings

Living Room & Dining Area
Dust all furniture, shelves, TV unit and décor
Wipe TV and remote controls
